Description

"Pilot unique telescopic rod removes all notions that telescopic rod lacks power. Constructed with an X Core system, this rod has the power to handle up to a 40gou sinker! Oversized butt with treated rough surface ensures that the angler gets a good grip when doing a power cast! Telescopic design allows the rod to collapse into a convenient length for easy storage in a small duffel bag or the car boot. Rod action is a regular design with medium power, suited for a wide variety of fishing applications. Green painted tip gives better visual cues so that you can feel and see everything strike.

The PENN Spinfisher VI features IPX5 sealing so whether it gets hit with a wave, or you let it ride in the spray all the way home, you don't have to worry about saltwater getting into the gearbox or drag system. Our HT-100 drag washers are housed in a fully sealed spool to give the stopping power needed for big saltwater fish. A Full Metal Body and sideplate keep the CNC Gear System in precise alignment under heavy loads. Available in standard, Live Liner, Long Cast and Bail-less.

Soft Line is nylon coated stainless steel wire, made in Japan. It is manufactured by special polymers polyamides to provide the perfect combination of softness and tensile strength and knot strength as well as for laying in fishing baskets smoothly without curling.

The single hook rig is designed to achieve maximum casting distance over clean and snag-free marks, making it ideal for surf and boat bottom casting.

The double hooks rig is an all round rig which is an ideal choice to use when a wide number of species can be caught and no particular species is being targeted. The use of two hooks allows two different baits to be used which therefore increases the chances of attracting a fish. The three-way rig is another simple rig for fishing natural live and artificial baits from shallow to deep water. It’s typically a trolling rig that uses a three-way swivel that attaches to the main line, a dropper line containing lead weight(s) and a leader line with natural bait or a lure. This rig truly shines when targeting deep suspended fish, because it’s simple to set-up and only requires standard equipment.

In addition to a sinker which can be applied in freshwater and saltwater, the standard weight allows it to sink into the water, which can help you get your fish baits down to other fishing area and attract more fish."
